Returns Policy

Our Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products (fragrances and personal care items), we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: opened fragrances, sale items, and gift cards.
